Sarah Reed,
I have been with the CHEEC family for over 15 years including serving as Executive Director for 10 of them. I work with a fantastic
team to provide leadership and positive guidance for the most fun and successful outcomes.
As the Executive Director, I enjoy mentoring our staff and believe in providing a safe and secure environment for all children, staff and visitors. In my spare time, I enjoy camping, driving in demolition derbies and the outdoors. Thank you for choosing CHEEC for your children, it's a pleasure to watch them grow.

Hello, my name is Chardonnay, but my friends here call me 'Char'. I am an RECE and obtained my diploma at Loyalist College. I have been with CHEEC since 2015 and have been in every program that CHEEC has to
offer. and now serve as the program supervisor for the Children's Nursery Centre in Marmora. My biggest passion in life is travelling. At home I enjoy spending time with my family and 3 cats. At work I look forward to watching your children grow, play, and learn!

I love being with your children and watching them as they grow, take risks and challenge themselves to reach their goals. This is not just a job to me; it is my family. As one child pointed out to me, you don't work, you come to play

Linda Gee,
Hello, my name is Linda Gee. I have been with this agency since 1999. I love this job and my favorite part is watching the children grow and succeed. Every day is a new adventure and to quote one of the children I
have cared for “We don’t get older, we get greater.” I am currently working the with toddlers and the school age children in Madoc. I have however, worked in all 4 of our locations and love to meet all if the children and the parents. I look forward to many more years with this agency and watching even more of the children that has been here in the past bring their children here as well.

work with children since I was younger. I
have gained experience and knowledge in Early Childhood Education starting back in high school through a co-op placement at a daycare. When the placement was finished, the daycare hired me. I then went on to college and became a Registered Early Childhood Educator. I enjoy working with children. I love seeing them grow, learn and become their own person.

Hi, my name is Debbie Wilman and I have been a team member at the Madoc site for the last eighteen years. When I began, I worked part-time (as the cook) as my own children were quite young. In fact, my youngest child
attended the Madoc Nursery School until she began school. I have held many positions with the organization; enhanced support, preschool and infant/toddler teacher. Presently, I am working in the Toddler program. I enjoy working with young children; learning with them and learning from them.

I am an Early Childhood Educator, have been working with all age groups for many years, but school aged by far, is my favourite. I am at the before and after school care in Madoc Township Public School as well as supporting
other programs as necessary. I have 2 dog fur babies at home, which I love very dearly as if they were children! I am also a graphic design artist. I love bringing in my creative background into each program I work with to make each experience working with children a positive, fun and memorable one.
